Wired Computer Consulting is based in Hidden Springs, Idaho. Our service area includes the Hidden Springs neighborhoods and the surrounding areas. We are happy to come to you and happier if you bring us your computer. We have the ability to remote into your computer for non-hardware related issues if you are traveling or live out of our area.

Our Rates
We charge $120.00 per hour for technical services, and $50.00 per hour for wiring. We have reduced rates for non-profits and government entities. We charge a flat fee of $20.00 for house calls plus time.
Payment Terms
We
accept cash or checks made out to "Wired Computer Consulting."
We can also accept credit card payments through PayPal.
Our terms are "Net 10" for all consulting work, meaning we expect payment within 10 days of the completion of work. We require pre-payment for large hardware orders, new computers, etc. We reserve the right to charge reasonable interest on delinquent invoices.
At the completion of a job you will be provided with a detailed invoice. We generally send these via e-mail in a PDF format.
